The state of IN has closed the western bridge (I-64) over the Ohio River due to issues with cracks they are studying. This will be for at least 3 weeks and likely months. It has put all the traffic onto the I-65 bridge and it is gridlock going south from 4am until evening time after 8 pm. Highly suggest you bypass our fair city at all costs.

Northbound is not as bad but still not good either.

Our city is full of bad drivers without this furball.

And we can't take any chances on the I65 bridge so it is closed to over weight vehicles, so no big pillions for awhile.

Made front page on our Newspaper this evening. I don't think I will be going through this way until they get that fixed. The Cincinnati, Evansville, or Paducah bridge (depending on where I am going) will have to do.

Whew, that's always scary, maybe they should convert it into a motorcycle only bridge, so there's less weight it has to deal with! If I was a civil engineer that would be my solution to everything...
