I bought a pair of Gerbings T5 gloves this year to go along with my Gerbings jacket liner. When I went to use my gloves they didn't heat up very much. I called Gerbings and they wanted me to send them the gloves so they could check them. About a little over week I called and they said nothing was wrong with the gloves and they wanted me to send the jacket liner since the gloves plug into the jacket liner. I told them it already paid $16.75 to send them the gloves why didn't they have me send everything at once. Well they sent me a UPS pre paid label and I sent the jacket liner with my temp control. Wait about a week and half later I hear from them and they say the plugs from the jacket are old style and they changed them to the new style and now it works good. They were going to send me back everything but their computers were down and they had to wait for approval from their Washington state store. Been waiting over a week and still nothing. Try to call and get voice mail and they don't return call. Keep calling and last Friday got a live person finally and they said the tech was gone because of holiday. Called again on Monday and he wasn't in either and they promised they would call me today. Waited and got no call and when I try to call them all I get is voice mail and I leave messages and haven't gotten any return call. Has anyone else had this kind of problem with Gerbings?
