I haven't been to this site in probably a week, and this morning I clicked the "New Posts" button and only see 3 posts.

I noticed last week that when i clicked the button after not being on here a whole day that it'd show me like 3-5 posts. Maybe there is noone on here? But I highly doubt that. Anyways, anyone else noticing this? If not I suppose I should clear my cache.

Mine works fine, but if you had logged on and came back a few hours later the new posts (and any threads you have subscribed to) are marked read even if you haven't looked at them.

Is it possible that someone else is logging on as you? (I think you can check your last logon satus.) Otherwise I might suggest clearing out all your cookies on your computer. Perhaps something there has messed up.

hmm good point. I just looked at that field and it said I logged on a 12:52 today, but this is the first time I've been on the site.

I wonder though, my problems may have started right after i upgraded to the newest version on the Motorcycle.com android app on my phone&tablet.

I wonder if the new version logs in and checks "something" every now and then, and somehow that is affecting my "new posts" count.... I'll have to keep an eye on it.

yea. so i sent an email to the app developer, but i doubt they'll ever respond. I turned off notifications on my tablet, but forgot to do it on my phone, so i'll have to do that when i get home. That should make it stop logging in....if not, then there is another issue..
