Just tried out my Pat Walsh bars this morning. Tried doing a U turn on a narrow road with a steep uphill grade and dropped it. Stupid move. Fortunately I made a smart move months back by putting the Walsh guards on. Moving slow but the bike fell hard because of the grade. Left signal front signal trashed. Givi E21 bag scuffed. Clutch lever end scuffed but not broken. Crash bars scuffed a bit but don't appear to have been bent. Ego bruised. Plastic untouched. Shift lever unbent. My only issue with these bars is that they sometimes "sing" at 6K. Based on today's "adventure", I can live with that.
