I went with the Givi. Looking at them both, they appeared to be of equal quality, but the givi were much cheaper.
I ordered my DL650 with the GIVI monokey panniers, the Givi Crash Bars and the Suzuki under cowl. When I brought my bike into the dealership for it's 500 mile service, they had one sitting in the showroom with the exact same accessories. I spoke with the manager and he said mine looked so good, he configured the same for another one.
I use to think the sw motech bars I bought were the same as the adventure model but side by side comparison they are configured very differently. Even the mounting points are different which may be contributing to the vibration so many complain about.
