With sufficient time, money, expertise, and machine work almost anything is possible. The trick is getting the system developed, using the right master cylinders, calipers, correct brake lines, and most importantly the proper programming (firmware) for the system. I kinda doubt the system is self-programming (though that would be kinda neat) and might be tough to dial in the system for different vehicle dynamics. Might need to put your Strom in training wheels (outriggers) to find the max braking points. Getting the combined-braking ratios right may be a problem as well, and some folks (myself included) aren't big fans. Biggest trick of all might be getting Bosch to sell you the hardware, since the legal liability is probably their big concern. Question is, would it be worth the trouble?
Much cheaper and more fun to go practice your braking techniques regularly. You can be a fine ABS system.
