Cruising down a motorway at 110kph and the ABS warning light comes on - 'bugger'.

30km later - about the earliest I'd been able to pull over without having nightmare problems getting back on to the motorway - do a quick visual - Oh, that'd do it, the bolt that holds the rear ABS sensor on was wound out, held in place only by one turn of thread and the sensor.

I'd suggest lock-tite - but that area probably gets hot enough to soften lock-tite.

I did the bolt back up and when I got to my destination 200km later, glued it onto the sensor with some silicone adhesive - which will handle the heat and can be picked off if necessary.

Just FYI - those two bolts need checking.
