so installed a abs kill switch (well my tech guy did ).
when i turn it on (i can turn on and off on the fly).
the TC light flashes for a second and then disappears (the switch is spliced into the wire itself not the fuse).
does anyone have a guess why ?

I would guess one function of the TC is to apply the proper amount of braking force, using the ABS pump, to a slipping rear wheel to match its speed to the front wheel. If the ABS system has no power, it can't do that so TC is shut off.

sorry, i didn't make it clear ,when i kill the abs while riding this happens.
no tc kills the cuts the power to the rear to restore traction
and the TC flashes and then goes back off (meaning it's fine )
TC light off= tc on
TC light solid= tc off tc malfunction
TC flashing = tc engaged
