No info on plug location,or what / how to access harness& plugs.
Don't have much experience on this model yet. Have you tried pulling the seat and then trace the wire from the stop light end back to the connector. I suspect this would be the connector that you are looking for.
I recall reading that there is a brake light connctor, near the battery, that many use as a switched power feed to trigger a relay powering an aux fuse box, aux lights, heated grips, GPS, etc. The trigger lead activates a relay once the ignition is turned on, which in turn switches a power feed from the battery to the aux unit. Help with electrical connections

I tried looking behind the service port area,which would need plastic removal tail section or fender.
I never thought connection might be near gas tank. This is why l put this post out there.To make my life easier;& possibly someone else down the road.I’ll be in touch,.

I spliced mine in to the bulb white (small black lined) wire red/red to module then out black to existing ground. Super easy and crazy cheap:

Thanks for pm.Looks like all my side panniers brackets must come off, then luggage rack,and tail section.Prolly nice and tidy once l get in there.If it was made to be easy to work on we’d be riding something the size of a ship..
Definately easier sometimes...ta add electrical gizmos before hanging bars n bags on the bike.
If no luggage added...only 4 bolts holding stock luggage rack then 2 push rivets under rear fender & tail light plug is easily accessable.

Sounds way easier now.Thanks. Luggage racks will need to come off. Not to be the wet blanket,but going thru some health issues.Gunna get my snow blower guy to put ‘er up on centre stand in middle of shop With heater on. Thanks so much.
