Has anyone else had issues with the kick stand dropping slightly at high RPM’s causing the engine to shut off, and if so what did you do to solve the issue..?

Welcome aboard. There are 3 switches involved in the safety system - clutch, neutral & sidestand. I would be shocked if your neutral switch was causing trouble. The clutch switch does act up, but seems to only show that by stalling and only on the ones that have the throttle assist. So, yes, the sidestand switch would be the most likely. Really, though, it usually isn't the switch at fault. Usually one of the two springs that holds the stand up gets broken or disconnected. That allows the stand to move very easily and make/break the switch and kill the engine. There is a small one inside the big one.
I bypassed my switches except for the nutral switch... Come on folks, 3 switches when only 1 will do the job???
Check the springs
Check the position of the switch
Ensure your foot is not moving the stand
There is also a tilt switch near the battery
Zip tie the thing up ride it and see if the problem goes away. Shure its not a lean fuel problem that seems common on these bikes. Just a guess.
