This is a subject I gave up on maybe right when I succeeded and didn't recognize success.

I had worked out a light bar for the 2012+ DL650 and sent it out to a beta tester. He loved it. I didn't. I had it in my mind that teh lights needed to go above the bar. Instead he hung them beneath teh bar. It sounds silly now, but I just assumed everyone would want the lights on top so I didn't make the lightbar. Years go by and the beta tester emails me and asks why I haven't made them yet. Expresses how much he loves the light bar etc. I mean to get back to him, but time goes by. Eventually hard core off road riding takes its toll and the light bar is broken. The beta tester calls and asks if I would make him a new one. He said he had looked at the other offerings, did not like them, and wanted another just like the beta version.

Ok at this point I'm thinking he really likes the light bar and maybe I should go ahead and offer it. So I'm going to dust off the CNC files and give it a go. Will update here.
Also, one of the things he liked with lights below the bar was the large triangular light foot print without affecting turn signal visibility.

Everyone else can find light bars, lights, and wiring harnesses here. http://www.adventuretech.biz/suzuki-auxiliary-led-lighting.html

Can't wait to see it! I've been looking for a good mounting solution for my 2015.

I wish I had pictures, but unfortunately neither I nor the original beta tester kept them.

I was able to locate the CNC files. Now I need to find the jig and make a production run. I expect to have an improved version easily in the next few days.

I went ahead and listed the Glee light bars on our website as a package deal. Light bar, our VERY bright 1100 lumen VERY robust 10 watt LED lights, and our very easy to install wiring harness designed for V-Stroms all for $162.00.

Suzuki Auxiliary LED Lighting - AdventureTech, LLC.

Look toward the bottom of the page.

Eventually, but the Glee (Wee2) bar is currently designed for our lights. The are VERY bright and light weight.

The bar is not designed for heavy duty off road use with the largest and heaviest LED lights out there (think 40+ watts and measured in pounds not ounces). I will eventually offer an extra heavy duty version by itself.

BTW, although not designed for it, the current bar held up for quite a while under the conditions described above. With our lights it would have done fine even under those conditions.

I would be interested in a bar that could fit the PIAA led fog lights as I have now officially trashed my motech mounts beyond repair. Count me as subscribed to the topic in hopeful wait

Hi Rick, I've run into an engine knock issue so it'll be a good while before I get a weight on the lights from PIAA, but I haven't abandoned it yet!

It'd be nice if Rick could figure out the whole camera thing; a photo of the product helps sell it.

I do agree with with Richland Ricks comments about the light bar for my 2013 DL650.. I traveled somewhere over 25000 miles with the original light bar... Not sure how many of those are off pavement but in last couple years probably somewhere over 600 miles..
Couple months ago purchased the new LED lights. They are brighter and sleeker then the previous auxiliary lights. They provide that triangle effect that promote both day and night riding safety.
I AGAIN tried to post more than one picture at a time to this reply, unsuccessfully..
I was able to place a number of pictures in Stormtrooper.com "Gallery" SO please refer to the "Gallery" on the tool bar... Let me know if you have any questions. Instillation is easy..

After looking at the pictures I think the PIAA lights I have would be too large with the stone guards and could interfere with the fender under hard riding. I have the large 3.5 inch led fogs, the 2.75 might be a better fit but would still have to hang below to clear the fender.
