It's only an idle air screw adjustment. I had mine done and it was 2" of Hg off. The difference is I can now get the engine to work at 2500rpm and it really wanted 3000rpm before. http://www.stromtrooper.com/dl650-specific-wee-strom/36824-tbs-check-07-dl650.html is one thread on the subject.
