Anyone tried this GPS?

Here in Australia is sold by Brash Imports.

Looks pretty cool especially because it's got off road maps too

Nice find, I was just looking for bike GPS's but didn't like the fact of no 4WD maps and the $500+ price range. Might have to give this one a go, wonder if it will connect to my interphone F5 Bluetooth?

Where did you find out about it?

Are you sure it has Aussie mapping?

Some of the overseas GPS units don't seem to have easy downloads for Aussie maps.

Ock. in Oz

A bunch of us got them when they were like $120 now the guy raised the price to 300 here so no more.

If you and your few friends get together then you can get them from China direct for around a $100 US.

ZERO documentation Zero support, 1 case of failed mount

This is the thread about the ebay US version.

I've got one mounted on my bike running iGo Primo with the latest maps and it works alright. The screen isn't as good as a Garmin.

Where did you find iGO Primo ? How did you install it ?

The only regrets I have in life are the risks I didn't take ...

It is actually a pretty nice little unit. As stated, there is no maunal (worth much), No support.

It does work pretty nicely though ..

The screen is about as useful as a tit on a bull in the sunlight so you better plan on listening via bluetooth.

In anything but direct sunlight though, it is fine ...

It routed very well and is pretty fast ...
