$25 Bucks Waterproof GPS Case Mount Installed

Good think is that you can take it off when leaving the bike.

Is vibration FREE too

Should I explain how to install it?

I had one, pd 15 for it though on fleabay. I wanted to compare it to the already existing aquabox I had. Decent case, I had it mounted on the handlebars. I ended it selling it in my local classifieds for 40 bucks.

good job !

I guess here is more because they have to deliver it to Australia.

I tried to put it on the handlebar but I have pro tapers.

Actually I just found a problem:

can't see s... because of the glare, I have to change the angle or put some shade on it

Any ideas?

I use a zip-lock baggie over my Garmin in the rain. Has always worked fine over the years and no glare.

That looks like the one I bought on EBay. Did yours come with a handlebar mount? Mine did. I put it right on the left side of the handlebar, using the supplied mount and a couple strips of tape to make it snug. Visibility was fine, and it was easily adjustable for glare. The handlebar mount tucked in (barely) between the grip and the clutch perch.

I've since replaced it with a RAM mount and 2610 GPS, but it worked great while it was installed.

Go hakafugu yourself.

I thought about getting something like that, but I don't see any way to get the power or earbud connections through it without compromising the water resistance of it.

before i fork out big dollar for the zumo. I used to put the PDA/GPS in a ram water proof case and built a shroud around it from smoky coloured acrylic plastic hot gunned into shape. - worked reasonably well except for when the sun is behind and near the horizon. It's not very pretty, but that probably has a lot to do with my lack of workmanship.

Have the GPS mounted close to vertical helps reducing the glare too.
