Marine GPS usage

I own an Raymarine A65. This GPS is designed for marine use. I love the 6.5 inch daytime readable screen and its waterproof. It uses Navionics charts on CompactFlash. OK, so the question is are there road maps available that will work on this unit.

Boy, I searched everywhere I could think of and cannot find any land based maps for the Raymarine product. Based on the price of just the Nautical Map upgrades, it would be far cheaper to buy another GPS. Looks like a neat unit though...nice big display.
