Locking GPS mount?

I'm looking for a locking mount for my GPS, a nuvi 550
I found the Touratech mount but can't see how it fastens onto the handle bar. Do I need to install an accessory plate to secure a locking mount?

apparently, the kit comes with two u-clamps which attache the cradle to your bars.

My Ram Aqua Box has a hole in the corner of the box face to the back. I have a little lock I can use there. Ain't much but it's an attempt at security.

If somebody wants your GPS, they'll get it somehow. I just make it a bit more difficult to get off, but mostly leave the bike where I can see it at stops. I'd take it off if parking overnight, etc.

What's amazing is that a cheap bike cover seems to keep a lot of prying eyes and hands off the bike. It's kinds like, see food. If they see stuff they wanna take it but if it's not readily visible folks leave it alone.
