We have installed the SWMotech GPS mounts on our 012 wee's and have noticed that they tend to vibrate around a lot making it very hard to read/see the screen.
Has anyone else had this problem and found a way to get rid of the movement?

Cheers vman

When I bought my Wee it already had a GPS mounted on it, a Strike. The PO mounted a piece of dowel wedged between the screen and dash, with screws through the screen and bits of rubber between the dowel and the dash to absorb some vibration. It keeps the GPS clear of the dash and in a fixed position so the wiring down't flex when turning the bars (now that I've moved it).
The downside is needing to drill holes in the screen and that if you move the screen up and down you'll need to drill more holes to keep the dowel and GPS in the same position and vibration minimal. The upside is that it seems to work pretty well.
I can take some pictures if you like.

Thanks Dark Angel but I don't think drilling holes and using dowel is the way I want to go.
I did have the GPS on a RAM mount on my handle bars but decided to to move it to above the dash.
I like where it sits but the vibration is a PITA, if I cant get rid of the movement I think it will be going back to the RAM mount.
