First overnight trip. Charging advice for my Sena SMH-10 & iPhone?

Hey y'all. So I moved to Georgia and left my stock '12 Glee back in Virginia. I'm flying back up in a few weeks to pick her up and ride her back down ~600 miles / 10 hours. I'm planning on stopping for a hotel halfway home, so I know I can recharge my iPhone/Sena SMH-10 Bluetooth helmet speaker kit in the hotel room, but...

I'm looking to keep my iPhone and SMH-10 charged while on the road. I don't have any luggage yet, and my only mod so far is hooking up a Battery Tender Jr. leads (exiting the left side "vents" just under the seat).

So my question is: how do I keep them both charged while on the road? I've come up with my own idea, but I wanted to run it past y'all to see if it's doable or if I'm going to electrocute myself. I'm thinking about buying:

To hook up a cigarette lighter power adapter to my Batter Tender Jr. adapter:
Battery Tender 081-0069-8 Female Cigarette Adaptor for Quick Disconnect : Amazon.com : Automotive

To plug into the cigarette lighter, providing two powered USB ports:
Amazon.com: Bracketron Universal Dual USB Car Adapter (UGC-298-BL): MP3 Players & Accessories

To give slack and a quick-disconnect way to run the Sena SMH-10's micro-USB cord from my helmet to the powered USB port under the seat.
Amazon.com: AmazonBasics USB 2.0 A-Male to A-Female Extension Cable (3.3 Feet/1.0 Meters), 2 Pack: Computers & Accessories

Will this work? Am I forgetting something? I think I'm basing this off the assumption that both my iPhone broadcasting stereo Bluetooth and my Sena SMH-10 receiving it and playing music won't last even 5 hours.

My Sena5 will run all day (10 hours) on a charge using it constantly in intercom mode, probably longer, so I charge it overnight. In fact I've gone all weekend with out charging the Sena.
My phone (andriod) charges as I ride from a power outlet in my top box. Any lighter adapter would work.
The issue I believe would be the iphone draining down. Keep it plugged in and you should be fine.

Fly, those parts ain't elegant, but they should work. Confirm that the existing charge cable is connected.

Is the 10 hours of your Sena without playing stereo Bluetooth music? Or is that just intermittent intercom chatter?

Thanks. Yeah, it's definitely connected. First (and only) thing I did to it was connect the SAE adapter with ring terminals, so I could leave it on the Tender overnight. I'd had it on my Buell 1125CR (notorious for charging issues).

I have almost exact same set up.

First my Sena runs all day playing music via Bluetooth from my iPhone. Usually my phone stays plugged in while riding and no need to charge the Sena except overnight.

I did the same. Battery tender, cig connector, little double USB port charger and hook up iPhone and Sena or whatever else. Runs from under seat out the rear storage vent. Is attached to the rear grab bar above exhaust. Then everything tucks into my tail bag.
