Hi fellow troopers,
quick question, does an ordinary size (110/80-19 and 150/70-17) set of TKC80 fit our bike? (which I don't have yet - and of course I'll also have to 'ride up' the first set of tires)
So I had a set of TCK80's installed on my DL650 this week and I noticed a few things:
1. As I read elsewhere, they do cause you to lean much faster in turns.
2. At low speeds, it feels like clutch chudder, it's just the knobs.
3. The bike is a couple inches lower, and I have to lean the bike off...
finally tried out my tires off road on very moist to quite wet mud today. I have to say I am very impressed so far although I was disappointed with how they felt on thick loose gravel at anything over 60 km (last week). I just chewed up most of the terrain I was on and I got on to some nasty...
