So I just got a new Two Brothers Exhaust system part # 005-480406DM-B for a 2005 dl1000 in the mail yesterday. I installed it and it looks great except for one problem, the left muffler sticks out the back 1 1/4 inches farther than the right muffler. I called two brothers explained my problem...
