I've always wondered if there are any legal restrictions in place in terms of what changes you can do to your bike in other countries, especially in the US and Canada.
I can't even install a fork brace or a clutch lever without having to use registered parts that need proper documentation...

This may not be the N.E.V.A Rally but it would be great if it could grow to that.
