Somebody here said Jay was taking some time off but didn't say why or how long.

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 DL1000s. Vee2=2014-2016 DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 DL650s. Glee = 2012-2016 DL650s

Yeah, if you work for yourself, you only get time off by not answering the phone. I'm doing that this week.

There's a interesting thread over on ADV in the PNW section about him.

Took me some time, but I found the story. Definitely an involuntary vacation. Joel J. Jobes

From what I have read on ADV and elsewhere, it appears as if he is going to be a guest of the State of Idaho for a while.

Just done reading about it, too. I'm curious to see what the trial brings and what the verdict will be.

I kinda wish I never found the information. What a terrible condition to have and how awful it harms others.

This came up on a Google search. Could be the Pacific North West, but it's hard to say for sure.
