I still have 2 non plus dakars in my stash. I just ordered a plus front and this will be my very first E07 front.

I wish they would bring back the MC60 front....it was damn near perfect for both off and on pavement

Then everyone checked their tires and aired down to match the flex that the instructor set as a baseline. The flex in the E07+ Dakar on the rear of my bike was fine at my road pressure of 42. Go figure. But like a lot of things, tire pressure discussion ends in a million post thread of people's opinions.
Huh, that's not what I would have expected. The tire (same one I have on my Vee btw) is bias-ply, and the Dakar version has an extra layer, so the sidewalls are pretty stiff.

Where and what was the course BTW? I've been wanting to get some training like that, but the classes are always too far away and too expensive.

I was thinking about an E-07 front to go with my E-07+ Dakar rear. I probably won't bother with the Dakar variant on front. Not really worth the extra $20, I don't do too crazy riding and I can't get a front to last more than 11000 miles anyway.
I emailed Mitas to find out about what E-07 versions were available in what sizes. I got a nice reply with an updated chart showing what they are currently offering. There are still discontinued sizes in the pipeline as others have stated but here's the latest.
BTW as you can see they do not recommend mixing a Dakar with a non-Dakar, and our 110/80-19 & 150/70-17 sizes are currently no longer available in a non-plus, std. or Dakar; +, and +Dakar only. @Big B , I hadn't thought about the hum factor. I can hear my OEM Battlax's, and there's nothing louder than new Kumho semi tires on concrete with transverse rain grooves.

This one is definitely too far away, it's in Ontario near Toronto. But it was really cheap, one full day and under $100 CAD.

It was the Spring Training from this group: Events

Where did you get an E-07+ front in 110/80R19 size?

They are really close to K60 but cheaper and offer better wet grip.. still better value.

Twisted Throttle. They had a Memorial weekend sale and are currently out of stock. My last MC60 still has some life left, so I didn't mind waiting on the plus.
