Vee2 shock disassembly

I have not pulled it off the bike yet but the shock on the V2 looks totally different than the one on my K6. Looks almost like the top plate is part of the body. I don't see how a standard spring compressor will work.

Has anyone actually pulled on apart yet? It may be more obvious when I take it off the bike.

It comes apart just like the previous models.

Correction. The bottom spring retainer is slotted like a standard shock.
