PVC fork spacer outer diameters - 1.25in or 1 in ?

Hi all,

I'm trying to get the correct spacer length in my 07 wee fork, and I realize I'm not sure if I need 1&1/4 in OD PVC or if 1 in would suffice.

A second related question would be whether I need to ensure I use schedule 80 PVC or if schedule 40 works fine.

Thanks in advance!

Yep. When you buy PVC, the spec'd diameter is the ID. 1" schedule 40 has about a 3/16" wall, so the OD is 1 3/8". That's ~35mm, close enough to the 37mm OD of the springs.
1 1/4" PVC won't fit in the fork tubes.
