Installing Cogent shock

Working on installing a cogent shock in my '12 650. Here's a silly question: does it matter which way it's installed? Does that screw facing to the right at the top need to face front/back, or does it not matter? Thanks.

I don't believe it matters but certainly a question that they could answer for certain.

Sure, but they're not open on weekends and I'm an impatient bastard. =)

access

as long as you can access the screw, once the shock is installed, IF you need, to, then orientation does not matter

Current Bike: 2007 ABS Wee, rebuilt forks with Cogent DDC, Elka rear shock, tapered roller steering stem bearings, fork brace, Admore top box lights, LED side-only turn indicator lights, Powerlet outlet, frame sliders, Givi windscreen, Givi top box.

Prior Bikes: 2003 EX250, 2007 DL650 (non-ABS)

Is there a rebound adjuster on the bottom of the shock?
Is access hindered by left or right orientation of the shock?
