Wee Gen 2 remote preload mount same as Gen 1?

I'm in the process of selling the stock shock off my 2012 Wee. Potential buyer has a Gen 1 Wee and has this specific question,

"Are the mounts on the remote preload adjuster exactly the same as the first gen wee? My adjuster on my 05 wee has seized and I've seen the DIY to fix it but this seems like a better option."

I don't remember seeing any problems related to swapping them back and forth but don't want tell him something I'm not 110 % sure of. Did a search first and didn't find my answer. Thanks for your help.

Steve.

The preload mount is the same. The shock is slightly longer and will raise the seat height a bit. Motorcycle Ergonomics

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.
Nicknames I use to lessen typing, Vee = 2002-2012 DL1000s. Vee2=2014-2016 DL1000s. Wee = 2004-2011 DL650s. Glee = 2012-2016 DL650s
