AdventureTech links

Gotta give props to Rick. Ordered some links from him and the box arrived smashed and empty. Sent an e-mail and in the next mail he sent out a new set, no problem. Oh, yeah, and this was over Christmas when most businesses are closed and unavailable. He went above and beyond, in my estimation, and did me a solid. I really appreciate it.

Oh, yeah, by the way, the links he built are beefy and solid. Haven't yet installed them cuz I'm way lazier than Rick is.

Everything I've bought from him has been first quality and as you can see his customer service is as good as his products. I highly recommend him and his products, and I'm a seriously picky old pharte.

Thanks, Rick.

Don't know if your package went by way of the Post Office or another carrier but I know things can and do get all buggered up occasionally in transit. Especially at Christmas when the systems are running at capacity and some folks don't package items well and they cause jams. Innocent fellow packages suffer when that happens.
Good of a vendor to make it right at their expense. A superior recommendation to them!

I just ordered some +1 inch T7075 links from Rick. He took the time to thoroughly explain to me the different metal properties before ordering. Waiting for the links to arrive now. Seems like a good seller based on his willingness to explain stuff.

Yeah, package was through USPS and looked like it had been seriously squashed by the time it arrived. My local post office even stamped on it that it was empty when they got it. It happens. Specially, like you said, around Christmas.
