Torque Specs

I know I'm being lazy but I'm tight on time, can anyone give me the torque specs for the front & rear axles on 07 1000. Also the sinch bolts for front?

100nm for the axles and 23nm for the pinch bolts.

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.

My axles are in great shape, just waiting for tires to come in tomorrow. & reassemble. Thanks for the help. getting rid of the shinkos and getting some Michelins

The manual doesn't call for any anti-seize or grease at those torque values.

So I should not grease the axel? It had a light coating if grease when I pulled it off the bike. Thanks

That's okay if you choose. It will insure the axle stays free of the bearings but that shouldn't happen because the axle is stainless steel and won't deeply corrode. The important part is to use anti seize on the axle threads to prevent galling between the axle and axle nut and reduce the torque to 58lb-ft to account for the lubrication effect.
