Tw turn around?

Has anyone had the stock TW front tire turned around on the rim? Would this not settle out some of the cupping/feathering wear? I have 17,000 kms on mine and it is at 50% wear, hate to toss it because of rough wear ride issues....

I wouldn't recommend it. The Trailwing is a directional tire. An extreme situation can cause a directional tire to de-laminate if it is mounted backwards. Some would say water shedding may also be involved.

Pat- 2007 DL650A was ridden to all 48 contiguous states. I didn't quite make it to 17,000 miles on the 2012 DL650A.

I let it wear, then change both when the rear wears out.
