New 05 Vee owner in MD

Hey all, just got the 05 Vee clutch sorted out (thanks to WERKS) and looks like it is the new favorite ride. I've been an FJ guy for three decades and the Vee is telling me its time to let the old girl go.

I will miss the woosh of that massive four cyl motor, but the relatively modern suspension and power of the big DL just leaves the FJ literally back in the eighties.

Living inside the DC beltway so defensive driving has been taking a lot of the fun out of riding. Having an ADV hopefully will put some of the fun back in. Now just need to find that delicate balance between gnarly dual-sport single track and suburban grocery run.

Luck favors the well prepared. -Edna

Welcome! I'm about 15 miles or so from you up in Odenton. I'm new to the area and Vstroms, myself. Moved here about a month ago, I've had the Wee for about 3 weeks.
