Cool First Post

Hi,

This is my first post to introduce myself. I am based in England and own and ride a 2007 650 VStrom. Newly qualified rider from August 2018 and having fun. I have lowered the seat on mine by 1 inch and rounded of the front edges to make the legs roll better towards the pegs. The handlebars are not quite right at the moment with a wrist ache at low milage. I have fitted grip puppies which have helped and rise and rear fittings to the handlebars. I am unsre on the rise and rear fittings as the bike handles diffierently. I will tinker to see if I can find a sweet spot that suits me.

For now, stay safe and happy riding.

Regards

Shaun.

Welcome Shaun. It takes some trial and error to get things "just right". It has for me at least.

Hola, Mind the disk lock. I've heard of folks forgetting and taking off, or at least trying to with it in place.
I read about the stealth problems owners seem to have in England.
We don't get many reports of Stroms being stolen here. Not when they look like mine anyway!
