The season has *definitely* begun...

Had a real nice ride today, with Red Barber, up into Suches, with stops at Two Wheels of Suches for lunch, and Rider's Inn just to scout the bikes and gear.
Mid 70's, all sunshine, nice breeze, twisty roads, and traffic not as dense as I anticipated.
I'll be posting a vid of the ride once I get a chance to edit it down...

Just got back from a great ride from Morganton (Hwy 181), to Marion (Hwy 80 and 226A) and Black Mountain to Lake Lure on Hwy 9. Some BRP mixed in. Been waiting for weather and ride like this today.

i was camped at TWOS this past weekend--wed-sun. The campground is really nice, much better than the old place. I took my wife so we took the miata vs the bike. Excellent riding up there this time of year.

North GA mountains are such great riding roads, miss that so much. Up here in the midwest we get 'cupped' tires before reducing/eliminating the chicken strips.
