I purchased this bike in 2010 after riding a demo model at Daytona Bike Week. I wanted a neutral position bike, and while I wasn't sold on the twin engine power delivery at the time, I looked around for a good buy. I found an '04 near Orlando, but the owner sold it while I was on my way there. I found another one close to where I used to live in PA, so it was 1K+ miles away. The seller had placed large images on their site, and there were no real issues. It had 3.2K miles on it and was apparently owned by someone who worked on the Picatinny Arsenal in NJ.

I offered a price, and they accepted. It was shipped to my home in FL, and I couldn't have been happier. It was better than the one I had previously targeted. Yes, it has its quirks, but overall, I believe it's a solid ride. And yes, with time and learning the proper rpm for each gear, I've grown use to the V-Twin power delivery. I plan on keeping this bike for many years. As of 2018, it has 26.5K miles, so lots to go ...
