DL1000 clutch levers for small hands

As you know the clutch on the 1000 engages at the end of its movement which, in my case, causes it to slip off the end of my fingers. I know the clutch cannot be adjusted. Has anyone found an alternative lever that may help with that problem or some other fix.

The clutch lever can be adjusted. Perhaps someone knows the link to the posts about shortening the pushrod from the lever to the resevoir/master cyl. You remove the lever and the little pushrod and then grind off one end of the pushrod about 1/16 inch. It will cause the clutch to engage closer to the handlebars.

Greywolf, this thread needs to be moved to a more appropriate category.
