      Had a similar lift from HF, didn't like it at all. Has to balance the bike and tie it down and lift and do. Especially nasty if you don't have the Bash Plate , but then that's in the way when changing oil :confused:

      I have one of those. The pump internal seals leak so the bike slowly descends, causing you to re-pump it every 5-10 minutes. Pumping it by foot with the pedal takes about 50 pumps to get it raised and it will easily empty out my 40 gallon compressor before it reaches the top. I guess you can tell I wish I'd never bought it I got mine about 2 years ago with a coupon for $199.00. Oh, and you'll have to upgrade the front wheel clamp. It is worthless.

      There are so many types of lifts and most of the work for multiple bikes. Generally they are just a big flat plate with a hydraulic cylinder and legs to lift the platform up. There are others that are just a thin channel or something more like a jack that fits under the bike. The Harbor Freight motorcycle lift can be regularly found on sale and is a pretty popular option for home use. A lot of people take this and change out the wheel vise for a different chock and make other mods.
