They have cheap dremel clones that are better IMO or maybe a grinding wheel/stationary belt sander? The other oscillating multitool is for wood and softer materials.

I'm looking for an inexpensive doodad to take the head off of a chain rivet before I press the pin out when I install a new 525. Does this have a cutting blade that will work for that?

Thanks, I'll check out the Dremel. It's probably better than an angle grinder because, what I didn't mention, is the motorcycle that needs the chain is at our Mexico winter vacation house. So whatever I get, I have to stick in a suitcase and carry it on a plane down to Mexico so size and weight are factors. The dremel might just be the ticket given that it's small and relatively light. And cheap. I have yet to find a Harbor Freight in Mexico!
