New Jacket Intake Air 3.0

Tour Master Intake Air 3 Jacket - RevZilla

I bought one of these jackets today to help make it through the summer here in the south. I have not had the chance to try it out yet but it seems to be well made and decent quality for the price. I am not a real fan of mesh jackets but it feels more substantial than the joe rocket I tried several years ago.

I have been using the Tourmaster transistion 2 for about 5 years and very happy with it although a bit hot when the humidity really starts climbing.

The jacket comes with two liners used alone or together one is a rain guard the other a quilted liner I wont be using either although the rain liner rolls up small and could be easily carried for commuting purposes.

It is alittle shorter compared to the transistion 2 but longer than a regular sportbike mesh jacket which usually ride above my pants which I hate.

Will report back after a few days commuting but I think it should be good to go. Come september-october I will be putting it up and going back to the transistion 2.

This is a good jacket comfortable and much much cooler than my transistion 2 I have battled the last few summers with.

The only negative I can come up with at this point is the sleeves are too long for me by about 2 inches.

I wear a XL transistion 2 and bought a XL in this jacket so pretty unusual the sleeves would be 2 inches longer but I will deal with it maybe after a wash they will shrink some.

Regards

I've had this jacket for about a year and I absolutely love it. I've found that even in the dead of summer when it's a million degrees out, I stay cooler when I'm wearing it than when I'm not. Even though mine is black, the material doesn't absorb heat at all. With the liners in I've ridden comfortably at night when the temp was in the 40s.

I've put about 13,000 miles on mine and it still looks great. No rips, tears, busted zippers or anything.
