Olympia Moto Sport service

Ok this isn't a product review so much as a service review but that's pretty important. I am in no way affiliated with this company just credit where credit is due. I got the Olympia X Moto 2 jacket for my Birthday. Love it but the fitment of the elbow armor was pretty uncomfortable. Send them an email describing the problem and 24 hours later UPS knocked on the door with a replacement. No charge. Now the jacket is a 10 outta 10 and in my opinion so is the customer service. Thoroughly impressed.

Looks impressive.
Did you get the pewter, or black-yellow?
And it comes with the tube?

I have 4 or 5 sets of Olympia Moto clothes. AST Jacket and Ranger2 pant, Airglide jacket and pants, Mustang jacket and pants, Cargo jacket and pants, and a Bushwacker jacket. Excellent in every way, have had most of them since '06, a bit later for the Bushwacker.
But...I did have an issue with the Bushwacker concerning the zipper that attaches the liner to the jacket itself. The zipper had a a spot that was extremely difficult to zip through. I called Olympia, and they suggested In take the jacket to a tailor. I told them I had purchased 4 sets plus of their offerings, and I expected them to take care of it, not me.
After 5 minutes of back and forth, they relented, took the jacket and liner back, did who knows what with it, and it's 98% perfect. I'm more than satisfied with the jacket, wasnt too thrilled at the time with their initial response.
I also realize Oly is 1/3 the cost of Aerostitch or Klim, you get what you pay for, etc. So it all balances out in the end.
But if you get or have Olympia apparel, dont get too aggressive with those zippers.

I have a 1st gen moto x set and an gen 2 air glide set and love them both. If I didn't have my heart set on a Rev'it Sand set I'd buy and another set of Olympia without hesitation. Good to know their service is top notch though now I just have to quit being cheap and buy new.

I have the Olympia X Moto 1st gen jacket and pants, love them. I got the Olympia Dakar Dual Sport jacket & pants for warmer weather. The first time I wore them on trip (4500 miles over 3 or 4 weeks) one the pants front pockets ripped or developed a hole. I actually thought I lost my keys. Looked and looked, I couldn't them any where. Found them down my pants legs.

Contacted Kevin when I got home just to let him know about the issue and he immediately got back to me and then sent a check to more than cover the repair. Great customer service.

I know they, Kevin and Karilea, have sold the business. Seems the great customer service continues.

I got the one with the High Viz stips on it and it comes with a hydration tube as well. The rain jack has even more High Viz which makes sense cuz it's raining ain't it? hahahah This thing has all the bells and whistles, full on transformer jacket. Can't wait for spring.

I'm dealing with some folks in Quebec and they were all over it. Even chucked in a T-shirt. They also seem keen to know why and what, to pass it along to the design crew which I found out when I had a small issue with the knee armor pocket on the Dakars. I have the Airglide 2 jacket and Dakar pants and in the hot stuff they are exceptional. No zipper issues yet. Given the venting ability of the new one the AirGlide will might be up for sale. Or NOT......
