My positive review of Motoport Cordura Street Jean

I recently got my custom made Cordura Street Jean 1000 Denier pants. I have a 38" inseam (which is crazy long). I sent them detailed measurements along with a pair of jeans for reference.

They communicated very well with me during ordering. The pants came within about 2-3 weeks. I have worn them a few times now and LOVE THEM. Much better than the Klim Jeans i bought (which cost alot more and did not fit well at all and frankly wouldn't seem to provide protection well enough since the armor was all over the place on my frame...YMMV).

It wouldn't be a fair review without a CON: I suppose my only constructive comment right now is that i wish the rear pockets had snaps/buttons/velcro. I might try adding velcro since i worry things might pop out of the pockets. So for that reason i cannot put my wallet back there. And, the pants are just a tad slippery on the saddle. So i kind of squirm around on the seat.

Otherwise i give the company and the pants 4.75 stars out of 5! I love when a product really fulfills my high expectations and these seem to. Time will tell how they last.

Would like to suggest that you carry your wallet in a front pocket or jacket pocket. It's more comfortable to boot.
I drove truck for 40 years and changed to a front because of some hip pain and a doctors recommendation. Some of the new "Thin" wallets help. My riding denims are cargo style and make it even easier because of the lower front pockets.

Having your butt slip around on the seat actually enhances comfort on long rides.

+1 on front pocket and +1 on skinny wallets. I switched to front pocket carry back in high school when I lost my wallet full of fundraising money. I switched to Big Skinny wallets about 5 years ago and that made a huge difference too. When on the bike I do carry my wallet in my front zipped riding pants pocket and my phone in my front left Velcro cargo jacket pocket. Only a bandana goes in my back pocket now.
