The Veradero is a 2008 from the UK. I'm surprised it didn't have the white oval GB sticker on the back, maybe not a requirement for the US.

Took One For Test Ride !

Honda is selling the Varadero in Canada . .

I took one for a test ride last week, and I am SOLD . . What a beautiful ride, power to spare, smooth and quiet. It is heavier than the Wee Strom, but that all disappears once it is rolling.

As soon as I have enough cash, I'll be buying one.

This bike has been sold in Europe since 1999 and there are plenty of third party suppliers of parts and accessories.

did you check out the cbf1000 ?. the mags say it is better than the varadero on gravel roads , a 180 HP engine detuned to 98 hp , it has so much torque it will start out in 6th gear .
