We were over coast, 30deg Gingers, then hit that 41 on the run down into long flat, but then cooled on coast again for rest weekend. ![]() They work well with exception that they say 5hrs plus etc, realistically mate was re wetting his at each stop, so they go up to about 2hrs easy, which is fine, most of us have stopped by that time for one reason or other. ![]() I had sussing this out on my 'To-Get' list – but only got reminded in that recent high temp two weeks. Must get one bought, not just thought about |

Me, I'm retired so I can ride whenever I like. I don't like high temperatures and I'm not silly enough to ride on 40+C days. You dont ride anywhere, you take your car to everything! |

Too bloody hot at this time of year to ride anywhere. Rode 300km last weekend, evap neck scarf n summer jacket, was 41deg, warm but not stuck in traffic, was fine. Mate had an evap cooling vest on n he was happy as, mine ordered. Ride tomorrow too. The too hot, then too cold brigade go nowhere, we ride when we get time regardless of temps. Plugs wont be getting changed though. |
