Go for it. Its cheap (relatively) and effective. You won't regret it.

Agree with that. I put in a set of the 1.0 kg/mm Race Tech fork springs and I'm really happy with them.

Heavy I'm not 300 but I am a pretty chunky monkey. I put a Wilbers on the stock shock and it is a whole heck of a lot better. I used to run the preload at about 1/2 with the stock spring. With the Wilber's, its cranked all the way down and the bike works much better. Really nice when I load it up and put my wife on the back. The stock spring would sag badly. Crank up the preload on the Wilbers and you're good to go..

Any 300 pounders out there do the wilbers/hyper pro spring update and have good results?
