barry About to buy today or tommorrow an 05 Wee with a Sargent. Just the short test ride made me a believer. I think me bum is in love. Currently on a 02 GS500 stock seat. Anyone out there have good experience with both? Curious how they compare since I think the stock GS500 seat is adequate.

bureaucrat Congrats. Love my Sarge, and it takes the torture aspect out of longer trips. As I remember, the advertising says it doesn't need a break in period. However, I found that it really did get more comfortable after time. I'm think I did may 500 miles on it and I noticed it really got better.

I also like the storage tube. I keep my registration, MC insurance, and copies of my motor club and health insurance in there.

stevet The Sarg was the best upgrade I've made yet. All other modifications and upgrades could be reversed to original and I'd still love the bike, but take away my Sargent and someone's gonna pay!

Faulkner What is this salt and sand that you speak? It's springtime in the south, boys, it's time for riding.

12676 Great purchase! You won't regret it a bit.

Salt and sand on the roads? Heck I haven't gotten around to cleaning all the salt and sand off of the the bike yet. Downside to riding through the winter here in Jersey.

jwt My seargent from sandhills arrived last monday. my longest ride has only been a couple of hours, but it's a big improvement. It sure helps to be able to sit further back, and I like the lip that keeps you from sliding back during acceleration.

Rain Rider
Sargent Seat

Just opened the box from Sandhills Powersports to reveal my new Sargent seat. Snapped it on the DL and had a sit. Wow is it ever an improvement over the stock thing.

Can't ride yet because a lot of salt and dirt from winter is still on the roads here., but I can tell from a garage sit that this seat is really an improvement!

Ohhhhh yeah !
