19' Wee - Anyone figure out front tire removal with no centrestand?

may need to remove front wheel, no centrestand, no pit rack, have garage joists exposed. is this possible?

Sure with a hoist. I've got a chain hoist that would do the job. Just grab the handlebars and lift away.
Center stands do make life so much simpler. Why the bikes don't have them stock is perplexing.

Lifting Heavy Objects Using Ratchet Straps. Make sure the straps load rating are higher than the weight of the bike.

Straps will work.

To make things easier put a car jack under the bike to get the required height and use the straps to stabilise the bike.


I do this when I want to remove both wheels at the same time.


If you don't have a jack run the bike up onto a timber ramp, strap the bike up then kick the timber out.
