near miss...

Dammit Stanley!! I adjusted and lubed my chain night before last and rode today. As I parked the bike this evening, I happened to look down at the back of the swingarm and noticed that the left side chain adjuster bolt was backed out several turns. HOLY SCHMOLY!! Why did this happen? After a short thought process, I realized what happened. When I did my last chain adjustment/alignment, I didn't snug that adjuster down as my final step and it vibrated loose(slowly backed out). Luckily, the axle was tightened properly and the wheel didn't move, but it could have been disastrous!. Lesson to self. DOUBLE CHECK MY WORK!!!!

Great advise: "double check your work". I have to triple check, because I ain't right in the head.
