Bar riser, can use back original throttle and clutch cables?

Hi everyone. Newbie here. I'm interested to get the 2019 V strom 650XT.

Due to my short reach, I have to lean forward slightly to grasp the bar. If I want to sit upright, I will have to move the handlebar up and back by about 2 inches. If I use bar riser to achieve this, are the original throttle and clutch cables, along with the front brake hose, long enough to be reused?

Any recommendation for a good set of bar risers?

Thanks.
