Eastern Beaver Headlight Relay

I saw something on here that I can't seem to find now that I have the time to look at it.
I have an 09 Wee with 20K and caught this during another search.
Someone was saying that you need to put in an Eastern Beaver Headlight relay in order to avoid starter switch issues.
Can someone point to the correct location of this post?

Thanks much

I recently got a EB unit from a fellow strommer. Easy install. My Wee is an 04 with 90K miles and the switches have held on this long but it doesn't hurt to get a product that is well received by so many.
It give you existing bulbs a bit more voltage to light and saves the wiring from carrying that load. Win/Win situation.
