Upgrades

Hi all.
After much deliberation I've decided to 'upgrade' the 1000 Stromy.
Already got a taller screen and carbon fender extender. Heated grips, Givi luggage (moved back a bit for the pillion), TRE, PCIII and open cans. Thinking now about engine bars, belly pan and hugger and brake upgrade (Tockico twin pots) and conversion plates.
Now I'm wondering if there's a bolt on USD fork conversion I can use? Maybe DRZ400 ore are they too soft for the Strom?
Any ideas? Obviously they need to be fairly long travel and need triple tree and top yoke to suit the V-Strom headstock.
Any success stories would be appreciated :hurray:

I think Rich Desmond has said that there aren't any fork transplants that work. Replacement springs and RaceTech Gold valves should do a good job.

Shock change for sure. Elka can't be beat. Save $200 if you don't need the remote preload adjuster.

Yann's Enduro Guardian skid plate is excellent, along with his highway pegs. Altrider has really nice crash bars.
