Well i have a little miss on the strom at low rpm. Like 2800-3200 range at low throttle input. I noticed it a few times while going through school zones. The bike was making some rear valve noise so i adjusted the valves with new shims and the valve noise is gone. But the miss is a little more often now and i am not sure what is causing it. It has new plugs also and i HAVE NOT DONE THE throttle body vacuum reset. I was also noticing there is 3 large holes cut out into air box and an ivans electronic device of some sort attached to the wiring?? Now i have an ivans performance TRE on my ninja zx10r but i have no idea what this is?? Any ideas??

I assume you have the Vee? The Ivans is a TRE (Timing Retarder Eliminator) and shouldn't be a culprit to the hiccup.
Do you have a fuel controller like a Power Commander?

Sounds like the typical lean fi issue most of us experiance with a stock vee if your experianceing it as a missfire your as close as can be to balanced throttle bodies from my experiance, poping indicates tbs to be off a bit,my further steps to tune it out have been futile using tbs and tps tecniques.
